Meet Katie Carrillo, a force pushing through spaces needing evolution and delivering to the community for the greater good. With a BA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and MSc in International Marketing from Boston University , doors opened for kpc creative with a suite of foundational business services and SME's to fit the bill of every project thrown her way. She's a mom to 3 kids and 2 pets, wife to a pilot, lover of the beach, and the driver of organized chaos. The team she leads is as steadfast and skilled in their own craft - together, kpc creative is considered one of the most agile and strategic, people-centric agencies around.

What does your Digital Audit consist of and what is the cost? Our Digital Audit looks at the below: - Brand Guideline - Website - Media (Social, PR, TV/Radio) - Competitors - Mobile App, if applicable ..and audits based on the below: - Brand integrity, equity - Market analysis and positioning - Content consistency - Partnership or influencer symbiosis - Strengths, Weaknesses - Recommendations Cost Varies based on size of brand, assets, and market competition. We do numerous giveaways and free audits with consultation when you follow our Social Media pages.
What is your typical client budget? Branding, social, website, and consultation are typically either a set duration and cost or monthly retainer as we build into the market for you. This is better figured once we understand your objectives. For advertising, we make sure we match your abilities, meaning there is a $10,000 monthly revenue threshold or minimum $120 average order value for ecommerce (AOV) we have for any paid advertising efforts, to make sure you can adequately spend/invest with your profit margins.
Will my team remain the same while under contract? Yes, unless there is reason to introduce a new objective and therefore mobilize another skilled individual to best nurture your growth in other avenues.

What is the cost and process for Consulting? Consulting begins with a 30 minute deep dive to figure the high level need. We then provide a paid audit to review internal processes and systems or brand and brand equity to deliver specific recommendations to hit the objectives at hand. Within these, are typically a 6 or 12 month change management plan inclusive of numerous works and executions OR simply just a partnership as we tend to become the expert arm within your established synergy.
